Awareness, Creativity, Transformation

Mindfulness means paying attention, in an open and relaxed way, to our daily thoughts and actions, cultivating the ability to pause before reacting when we are pulled in by a negative emotion, and perhaps practicing daily meditation. 

Awareness is the outcome of mindfulness. It gives us a wider view of our life and the world around us. Awareness helps us make decisions, take the right actions, and understand what is going on inside us with greater wisdom and compassion.

Creativity is what we do in the world. What kind of life are you creating? What do you want to manifest? 

Transformation happens when we become more aware and use our creativity. Life is a process of transformation. Change is taking place every moment. But with awareness and creativity, we can steer what kind of transformation takes place. 

 We can transform negative emotions into positive ones, transform our intentions, and transform the path we walk.  We can transform our bodies, minds, and spirits, and create a life shaped by awareness and creativity.

Take the Next Step on Your Own Unfolding Path

As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Professional Certified Coach, and a certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher, I work with people who are moving through transitions, whether in health, career, or other areas. Change is the one constant in life. I want to help you make your changes positive.
 
We will begin by signing a coaching agreement that outlines what will be included in the coaching program. Following is the basic coaching structure.
 
First Session: We’ll discuss the coaching process and review any information that will be helpful in our partnership. We’ll determine the days and times we’ll meet online.
 
Beginning Phase
We’ll establish your vision for change, whether that is health and wellness, career, or something else. We’ll explore your vision, values, purpose, and priorities.
 
Middle Phase:
I’ll support you as you move forward with your plan to achieve your goals and realize your vision. I will provide accountability, assist you in discovering and reflecting on key takeaways, and help you modify the area of focus and action plan as needed.
 
End Phase:
This is the time to reflect and wrap up. If you would like to keep working together, we will decide what you would like to continue focusing on or what you would like to move on to. We’ll recognize your progress, reflect on learning, and explore your next steps with a maintenance plan.
