Three months of support and guidance in identifying where you have been, where you are now, and what you would like to manifest in the next phase of your life.

About the Program

When we were children, we could use our imagination to slip into different roles. But as we grew up, we started to conform to what was expected of us. Our self-image took on a kind of solidity, seeming to limit our choices.

Now, with the right intention, we can open to possibilities again. However, the changes we wish to make may not align with our self-image or our relationship to the world. 

This image can change, and so can our lives. We can incorporate mind-body methods, such as mindfulness meditation, focusing, and visualization, to help you access deeper levels of knowing.

What to Expect

In this 12-week program, we will:

Explore where you are now

The present moment in your life encompasses more than today; it includes the relevant past as it influences your current experience. We will discuss which methods have supported you previously and which you would like to integrate into coaching for change.

Record stepping stones

The lifeline is a map of significant moments, or stepping stones, whether they were joyful or challenging, that led you to where you are today. We will identify some moments and look for the thread that connects them. By finding the connection between these moments, we may also realize how they were linked to our inner experiences and growth.

Work with phases

Each significant moment in your life occurs within a broader phase. Together, we'll take a bird's-eye view to better understand your overall trajectory.

Link past and present

There are times in life when we need to choose between various actions, which road to follow, and which one to give up. However, these roads not taken may hold possibilities for the present and still come to fruition.

Make connections.

Your life unfolds in patterns, and transitions often present familiar experiences and challenges. Together, we'll connect your past turning points to the transition you currently face and consider your next steps.

Set goals and create an action plan

What is possible now? What change might you make? You may have decided on one goal or several, or you may still be determining which goal to pursue. We will choose either a fixed goal or a possibility and work out the next steps.
