Write to Move Forward Four weekly sessions to learn from the past, work through obstacles, set goals, create action steps, and open to new possibilities.

This series uses writing and journaling both in the sessions and as homework between sessions. Writing is a way to address both the problems and the solutions. As a helping professional, I facilitate and guide you through this process. You will need a notebook

Career Career Coaching and Strategizing  Five weekly sessions: Identify your focus, narrow your field and together we create an action plan to enable you to fulfill your potential.

This program asks you to keep a notebook to record your ideas, organize your research, and track your progress. 
Whether you are an artist, a young adult looking for your first job, a professional in mid-career and desire to make a change, or a mature individual ready to retire from one line of work but still want to pursue other options, coaching can help you get calmer, stay focused, and fulfill your potential.

If you want to produce your own creative work, whether that means writing a book, painting a canvas, planting a garden, or starting a business—this series is for you.
